I heard that was complete garbage, I heard people saying that same crap about Strider not being fully owned by Capcom but there he is in UMVC3. Any reason for Karin not being in SFxT other than Karin is owned by Warner Bros. is not good enough for me.
Yeah, that was the fake reason… but Lupinko said that wasn’t true. So the real reason why is a fucking mystery.

What’s this hate against lucha characters? You don’t see much of them in fighting games and they pay a homage to a mexican tradition.
Yet everyone for some reason seems to love King.
He’s a guy who has legitimate sources to Capcom and has leaked things in the past, like characters (including the MVC3 roster which made everyone salty as hell), and (though nobody realized it at the time) hinted at the card system in Marvel long before we knew about it. People dislike him for ruining surprises and being “an attention whore”, but he’s been reliable. Oh and he has an account on SRK.
King is awesome!!! El suck and El fire both have some of the most obnoxious personalities and terrible joke worthy opening lines. I was so hype for El fire in VF4 but he was so annoying that I just couldn’t play him.
I don’t hate lucha’s I actually like them as why I like King so much but I just don’t like the two El’s. They annoy me to much which is sad because I really wanted to main El fire but his god awful lines " I’ll be stronger than ALL of imagination!!!" dropkicks camera just make me laugh at him.
King doesn’t even have personality whatsoever. He takes care of an orphanage, dates Marduk and growls, sure.
Different tastes I guess. El Fuerte’s goofiness and all-around style is what makes me like him. Plus the playstyle. Making scrubs get on their nerves is also a nice bonus as well.
Super Dynamic Cooking Time all day! El Fuerte could be Mika’s ticket in the game, if’d they team up. We can still dream!

My post was more about El fire ( VF one) but yeah Elsuck has the same prob of being annoying to me. I did try playing with him in the original SF4 but his playstyle completely revolves around luck and scrubbness and guessing and I don’t like playing those types of characters. Once again I tried to like him but El suck’s moves are completely against my style of play.
King seem to me more of a real life type wrestler. He doesn’t do all these goofy over the top lame lines because he doesn’t need to and fights alot more to my style than El suck and El fire. Some people like goofyness and others like me like characters who are funny while not being stupid ( Deadpool,Johnny Cage,etc).
I completely agree it’s all a matter of taste but I don’t just hate ALL luchas I just don’t like them is all
I said before that I think the only way Mika is getting in at this point IS if El suck is in the game. Speaking of Luchas lol Mika is actually one of the masked wrestlers I like in fighters.
If El suck gets Mika in SFxT then I might not hate him as much because I think Mika is a very funny character that I like. I would love to see a Poison and Mika team just because of how outrageous both characters are.
NYCC was the last major event before SFxT drops iirc. Anything we get now will probably be just from whenever Capcom feels like putting up trailers.
That show on youtube with the girl ( forgot the name of it) will have new info regarding the game every two weeks.

I heard Capcom said they might put on another fightclub so that might be something where they announce things for the game and have new builds of it.
Hopefully it aint in NY or CA. I hope it’s in BOSTON
