Ryuās sweep is 7 frames, and you can still link it after cMP. Though, Iām not sure why you would. cMK>Launch, and cMK>EX Joudan are better options.

Teddy bear Kuma costume is OP, needs nerfing asap

Costumes can literally effect things. One of Genās alts in IV displays which stance heās in at all times via the face mask color, some of Sethās obscure his tanden startup and one of Codyās prevents a couple combos from working on him.
