I got it from this frame-data guide. Some of the frame data is a little off, but it’s pretty accurate for the most part.
It doesn’t have any of the frame-data for the DLC characters though.

Meh it’s alright. At least there is the dive-kick resets and airborne launcher into Demon Flip for myself because I have the poor mans’ set-ups like that :D.
