SFxT 12 DLC characters not showing up

This maybe really late and someone may have already asked this but is there a glitch with the 12 DLC characters in SFxT on Microsoft’s Game for Windows Live? I brought the 12 DLC characters and it is downloaded to my PC. However, I can not use them in the game. I restarted my computer but nothing happen. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks.

Technically, I do not know if it is a glitch or if I am doing something wrong.
