With the following script you can create .paks from mod folders and vice versa
Download it here: http://sf5.tech/u4pak.zip

The instructions for everything are in the README, but all you have to do is drag and drop your mod folder onto the DROP_MOD_FOLDER_HERE.bat file. The same thing works for unpacking .paks with the UNPACK.bat file. Big disclaimer, I don’t use windows all that much and the script is done very crudely so it might not work for some people, but it worked fine on my windows 7 install.

If it doesn’t work for you, follow these directions:

1. Download http://sf5.tech/u4pak.exe and put it in your mod’s folder. The folder structure should look like:

ModNameFolder
-----u4pak.exe
-----StreetFighterV

2. In the ModNameFolder, press alt+d and type ‘cmd’ then press enter to open a command prompt in that directory.

3. In the command prompt type:

u4pak.exe pack ModName.pak StreetFighterV

4. You should have a new file called ModName.pak in the ModNameFolder directory

When I have time I will make some changes to u4pak and write a proper utility for doing this easily/managing mods

This is no longer there, can anyone point me to the file that packs your own mods?

Does anyone have a problem with three or mods installed? I find that it takes a long time for fights to load up with multiple mods installed, but two mods installed runs just fine.

Is this an issue with mod manager, or is there a memory issue going on? I got 16GB of RAM, but I’m still on a FX 6300.

Seems a bit easier with the exe, but it gets detected for a trojan from some scanners.

• I’ll stick to the python 2.7 command line method just to be safe

Nahh man your colors are great honestly, I just wanted to add the classic Cammy colors w/ a little tweaks. Thanks for the great mod man!

Edit: The only thing I don’t like about SFV modding is the fact I can’t just make 1 single color for 1 file (Like SF4.) I have to edit 1 file for all 15. It just makes me feel weird when remixing people’s mods because it looks like I’m taking their shine

why is it that the t shirt mika mod and the alpha cammy mod cant co exist on my game? i also have the alex 3s mod and other cosmetic mods installed and they work just fine, but i had the cammy mod first, downloaded the t shirt mod, and it worked, but it disabled the cammy mod…when i delete the mika mod, cammy mod works again…but like i say, none of the other ones seem to be effected
