With the following script you can create .paks from mod folders and vice versa
Download it here: http://sf5.tech/u4pak.zip

The instructions for everything are in the README, but all you have to do is drag and drop your mod folder onto the DROP_MOD_FOLDER_HERE.bat file. The same thing works for unpacking .paks with the UNPACK.bat file. Big disclaimer, I don’t use windows all that much and the script is done very crudely so it might not work for some people, but it worked fine on my windows 7 install.

If it doesn’t work for you, follow these directions:

  1. Download http://sf5.tech/u4pak.exe and put it in your mod’s folder. The folder structure should look like:


ModNameFolder
-----u4pak.exe
-----StreetFighterV

  1. In the ModNameFolder, press alt+d and type ‘cmd’ then press enter to open a command prompt in that directory.

  2. In the command prompt type:


u4pak.exe pack ModName.pak StreetFighterV
  1. You should have a new file called ModName.pak in the ModNameFolder directory

When I have time I will make some changes to u4pak and write a proper utility for doing this easily/managing mods

Sorry guys, I don’t want to go through every page here I’d rather just ask- Can any of you point to me, if it exists, a mod that would replace the stage background with a green screen? Also, I’m looking for the same thing done to the character select screen. Is this the right place to ask? I know someone made it for SFIV and that was a godsend. Hyperbole.

everytime i change it to zero it changes itself back to 1 when i start the game.

Oooh, Chun-Li has a lot of good ones. I love the silk one, the nude one, and the swimsuit one. Although, I do wish her swimsuit was a two piece instead of a slingshot v.

It’s like your Alex mod makes the original Alex model of SFV look like a “fan-made mod.”
