I think by the end of the games life, those two match ups became a lot more easier for Viper.
They kept nerfing Honda’s defense and offense while Viper only got a slap on the wrist.
Outside of SSF4 and Ultra, Rose wasn’t that good.
I love mayo. But it’s different in different places. The shit is sweet in Australia and tastes like miracle whip… miracle whip is nasty… but some niggas in here like marmalade so there’s no accounting for good taste.

It’s just a rumor, no need to worry about. It’s still too soon to be hungry about the next Season, we’re halfway on the actual one. I’m more worried about where the game is going, I don’t understand if Capcom wants to promote unga for every character or tame down all of 'em.

There isn’t much anywhere for the game to go anymore other than character specific stuff. Like midway into SFIV just certain things that are always going to be strong and either your character can abuse them or they are good at stopping them. If they can’t do one or the other very well they’re lower tier.
Funny thing is even after launch his Falke is super basic. It’s even more basic than J.Wong’s (I actually took some stuff from J.Wong like shot VTC cancels and s.MK to shot). Like he barely ever charges shots and is smacking people down using mostly just her buttons like a CVS2 character or something. It’s funny to watch.
He really needs to add s.LK to his game though. That improves her offense and whiff punish game pretty greatly. It’s plus 3 on block so it allows you to walk up into throw/counter hit range on people pretty easily from a range that they can’t contest you from. He should use s.MK more also, but s.LK is the main thing to add immediately (s.MK will require him to up his shot charging game first any way). Still amazing that he probably does have the best overall Falke ATM even with the things he needs to add. I don’t even know how he won that round vs Jan’s Abigail with nothing but like f+HP at a huge life deficit LOL.
Jan also played too scared and once oil king realize that he took advantage. Jan only did abi run like once when he probably should’ve used it more to get in, everyone flinches at Abigail when he’s running at you and eats big damage for it
I think it’s different now, Capcom seems more careful about the players feedback, the meta and the characters on top are moving continuously. With that in mind including characters without the tools to compete will become useless, people will use them regardless, but the lack of usage of these characters is an huge letdown for whoever could be interested in them. For example Falke isn’t a full tournament material outside some MU’s, but I can’t believe Capcom will leave her down there in the tier list. They’re definitely trying to achieve a complete balance, but atm without a strong neutral + a full momentum VT you can’t compete at higher level. I’m expecting to see the same 6 characters in CPT top 8 with 2 guess.
It wasn’t for his crimes it was to keep Abigail safe.
