Yeah I would have thought by now they’d take this shit out. Ex move into trigger, but since G has it, looks like that stuff is here to stay. Imagine if you could EX chicken wing with Fei Long into Ultra 1. The internet would have melted before it got going.
Suppose G stuff is punishable. But he’s a bit like Balrog, put you in corner from anywhere on screen then 50/50 stun dead.
SFV Rank is filled with the most bitch ass cuck niggas I’ve ever seen. I swear I’d slapped the shit outa these fools in person if I had the balls and wasn’t a passive aggressive pussy.
Yup, that’s why I don’t bother. If I land EX KK I get setups that cover both wake ups. If I land something other than that I just back off and try to sit on life lead. If she had a 4 frame jab it’d be worth trying her a bit more, but 3 frame jab just not worth it even if you feel you can eyeball it. Generally I try to play my characters to where I only use standing resets or meaties that cover both wakes. Otherwise I just continue neutral.
Nemo said he would like it if G could get armor on his EX moves. Buff G.
If you pretend the other characters you play aren’t there and your characters are good and/or help you in the matchups you need, then the game is balanced.
It wouldn’t be the Fei Long you’re thinking about… All Rekka’s -8 on block, CW slowed down dramatically, no more U1 to go through fireballs and his limbs cut to shreds. Luckily his Cr.Hp will be a float CC which leads into nothing, unless you have VT and CA. Oh and his only his MP DP will AA. HP for combos and LP for Oki.
Eh, Fei could show up. His SFIV and ST incarnations played very, very differently. He was a fast, bullying rushdown character with high damage in ST. In SFIV he was a wall that walked you down and forced mistakes he could punish, compensating for low damage with space control and safety.
Problem is that I want the second version of the character, which is pretty much THE anti-SFV-character. And the ST-version is likely to get watered down completely (rekkas were very hars to punish in some matchups) and become even more of a gambling character.
How are you getting st.mp into st.mk on block if meaty st.hp is -2? Can’t they just take their turn back? From what enders are you getting st.hp meaty? If it’s from hk.fuha you can v skill cancel the recovery and go for double dash into meaty st.mp on back roll
