Karin st.HP not doing CC anymore is the biggest buff to Punk play. Cr.HP being a better AA helps her a lot in that area. Tokido old tactic of getting throws vs Punk ain’t working no more, the latter learned how play around being at disadvantage after it. There is where Punk improved, defense.
