TK air fireball is what you use to get around fireballs. That and using red fireball in the right places. His jump buttons are really long for a shoto and with his walk speed he only needs one good jump to get in on fireballs really.
His stomps are better for post hit pressure than block pressure. Set up standing mix ups that keep the stun up like Sakura.
Do slide, hit v-trigger, nothing comes out.

Sounds like CFN.
I’ve seen people enter in like 9 inputs on a replay from CFN to activate trigger and it doesn’t come out. Yet you can do it offline with ease with just one input.
That shit happens to me online more than I would prefer. Haven’t been able to isolate a problem.
I don’t think the netcode eats inputs, but who knows.

A circuit died in our usual playing area, leaving that part of the house without power. Until that gets fixed, me and my brother have been taking the ps into our rooms.

Rollback by design should not affect your inputs though.
So it would have to be some other error in the netcode, and I don’t see any other eveidence of it.
I would say CFN could find a way to do the impossible.
I remember in that one replay I watched I slowed it down frame by frame with key display on and saw about 5 or 6 successful inputs while mashing out the trigger and it just wouldn’t activate for the person that was trying to do it.
Then I tried to do the same activation off the same v skill offline and one input alone would work offline 100 percent of the time.
Urgh, will have to see if I.m available by then. If I’m not, I would love to play you.

Online games always have a bit of weirdness that pops up from time to time. A lot of those problems have the same symptoms, but can have multiple causes, so I’m reluctant to blame one thing out of ignorance.
By the traditional Cannon Mike Z science of rollback I imagine itd be impossible, but rollback put together by an offhand company anything could be an issue I think.
I’m more than happy to blame it on Capcom incompetence. It isn’t it like they have no way of getting ahold of the Cannons.

But rollback “should” keep all inputs local. The whole point is to not screw with inputs, and the basic premise should prevent it.
