Does any else find really big and flashy costumes distracting? I don’t really care what costume anyone uses, but for some really the really flamboyant costumes always make it hard for me to focus and I don’t know why.
Because they end up animating all goofy. Apparently Capcom didn’t learn from Blanka’s SF4 carnival outfit.
Blanka Chan is cute, but that outfit fucks me up something royal. something about the way the hands are covered makes it hard for me to focus. Had a similar issue with Rog where using his Battle Outift (where he doesn’t have gloves) made the character feel like he made more sense.

Blanka’s Battle outfit and Akuma’s CPT costume in particular fuck with my vision.
I find pink gi blonde Ryu distracting, I never give a runback to that.
He makes some good points but is mostly woefully informed.
Apoc went in in him and I agree. I also replied to apocs reply.
The vid maker doesn’t realky know what he’s talking about besides getting out a few sf5 is bad talking points. Which are good points but hes missing th bigger picture.

As an example at only 1:20 in he says the problem is the data game. Ok, no worries, that is a bit of a problem. But then he says “being close to your opponent has never been so good” he’s highly mistaken there. IN ST and the older games, getting in on was basically guaranteed damage, and lots of those games were fine.
He’s correct about pushback and things like that, but that’s obvious. The problems are things we’ve gone through multiple times on this forum.
because it was the same for every character. In SFV there are plenty of character that are ass once they are in your face because they are designed with something else in mind. I’d say he’s not getting the point across well because of the order of his bulletpoints.
Not really. Not all throws were made the same. If rog threw you he could vortex you into another throw until you were dead. If other characters threw you you recovered a fullscreen away and were playing neutra again.

LOL if SF5 rog had his ST throw where he got the L/R mix up on it.
Rog is a fucker in ST.

I think it just shows how fucking good Itazan is with that character put any one else I doubt they come even close to getting the results he does. Now if Itazan actually played a true top tier character he would probably take every tournament.

Gief took Abigail’s spot as 6th best character in the game so expect big things from Itazan again this season.
