Cammy is very strong, people are exaggerating when it comes to her nerfs.
Add pants and then she is ruined.That’s how it goes.
She did get pretty significant nerfs, though. That’s for certain.
It just wasn’t to the point where she was rendered unplayable like a lot of people were saying. Same happened with Rashid last season. He got nerfed pretty hard, was considered unplayable, and yet he ended up winning CC.

Rashid’s nerfs were effectively normalizations. He just had too many things that were outside of what was normal in SFV’s meta. And generally not in a good way. They kept c.HP strong though and that’s one thing I felt is fine about him. Good buttons are good to have. Let people have em.
Still won CPT Finals despite being outside the hard top 5 that ran most of the season. The last 3 absolutely huge events (2017 Finals, Evo 2018, 2018 Finals) have all been won by characters outside of what was considered top 5 during the season. Which is a good thing. No matter the bandwagon you won’t exactly know who will take it and get decent variety for the top 8.
Did they considered Menat TT before? Did the nerfs destroyed her that hard?
They definitely had Menat in top tier. Soon as S3 hit she was unanimously across the map evaluated as top tier. Just on paper the stuff they were giving her was obnoxiously good considering people were already figuring her trigger was cheap. If not for his drama Infiltration likely would have added an extra Menat into top 8 Finals.

Ryu still ok at best and Ryu relies too much on EX meter and V Reversals to gain back spacing to sit on all of that meter. Plus if he blows all of that and didn’t win the whole match he’s screwed his resources for the next round. It’s last round only twitter tech.
Plus you can do the exact same shit to Akuma (probably have to use a different character than Ryu) and well…that don’t stop Akuma.
Which is crazy considering how they had top Bisons like Galtu making Momochi look stupid in Topanga with EX DR x 3 million.

The funny thing about win videos is that when you main a character like Kolin, sometimes you do a thing and you’re like… “wow that’s a thing?” Mostly pertaining to her hail and how I can get set ups that I wasn’t even looking for because someone decided to micro walk back like 1 1/2 square lol

The combination of the song and subject matter was just really sad. Cammy doesn’t deserve this.

Cammy with pants is like Guile with the hair down: heresies.
It does stop me though 
I would gladly trade my EX SRK for something else…more damage or stun, as I already have everything else.
