Wouldn’t you expect it to happen more with the Xbox x as it has a higher power draw? Would that still make sense given nothing seems to actually lose power? (I don’t know I’m just picking your brain)
If not and it’s just the PS4 being picky, any thoughts on solutions? I suppose it could plug it direct into the wall?

Not necessarily, if the Xbox just has a wider voltage tolerance range to begin with (which it might actually need to have, given the higher wattage).
One way to work around spikey voltage is to plug into a UPS instead of just a surge suppressor. A side effect of how uninterruptible power supplies work is that they also tend to be really good at voltage smoothing.
I would not recommend plugging directly into the wall. That just exposes the device to potential damage, and doesn’t usually solve any spikey voltage issues anyway.

They already nerfed him on S3, saw the major blunder they committed and made up for it in S4. 
I could use a decent Gat training partner, none of them exist. I had a completely warped idea of how to approach you on that first day from how every other one plays, had to make some huge adjustments and finally got a proper view of the MU.
Yeah you’ll for sure be the best Gat I’ve played for a while, do you just not play ranked? You ain’t Diamond level at all. Just had a GM Gat quit out on me yesterday and he looked kinda mad from how he was playing.
Sako is using Kage now so no worse than top 10. I mean he was messing with Zeku a bit also, but he likes messing around with characters that aren’t top 10 also.
Even if Kage isn’t top 10, no worse than top 15. If you think he’s less than top 10 you’re drunk and if you’ think he’s less than top 15 you’re a shoto whore trying to save him from nerfs.
Zangief’s oki is really easy to fuck up.
between 7-15 spot, don’t think he’s getting higher than that though.
Akuma will always be the grand shoto, but this character clearly has too much shit that other characters don’t have and easily number 2 shoto.
His V Skill even crush counters for whatever the fuck reason (definitely the first one that causes crush counter, likely adds juggles and such). On top of that for something that has armor the uncharged version one frame safer on block than Ibuki’s and can make you block it from even farther away than her. Unless you got cheap start up 5 frame EX move to punish like Chun’s EX legs you’re pretty much looking at that on block outside of super (and he can just switch to charged if you have super).

I think I caught most players off gaurd, they’d come at me, get bodied, then second match it would be a little tentative and by the third I think I’d had guys mind fucked.

Why does everyone who joins my lounges changes characters every damn match. I’m trying to learn matchups if i wanted a different fight every match i would just play casual matches.
Yeah it’s been about a year for me, soon as I hit the point of landing diamond & UGM I just went into lounge/casuals 24/7
Problem plays like a loon online, I’ve gotten a fair few wins on him. He doesn’t seem to ever take it seriously. 3f on wakeup a lot, EXDR in a lot of spots where it’s dumb.
Yeah that’s the problem, can’t take it too seriously. Although I’d still love to see the top dogs.
Aus has some strong players too. I just loved playing different flags and characters. Got beat a few times badly myself ( turtle blanks god damn I never witnessed that!).
One thing I did notice, is that with more countries, you’ve got a slightly bigger lag variety than Aus. Like Aus is bad or good, Europe a big damn place, little adjustments needed.

It still matters till you get to diamond levels where you start to get matched with at least some people who are actually good at the game.
