Who doesn’t believe in YZ st.hp?i was talking about that move awhile ago. It is probably the best overall button in the game when it comes to range, confirmability, safety on block.
It’s basically a -2-3 CC that confirms on hit Instead of CH.
Old zekus st.hp is similarly quite nice but he doesn’t have the walk speed to abuse it in footsies, but it’s great in pokestrings.
Daigo uses it the exact same as he would use ryus cr.mk xx fireball. Cr.mk xx fireball… did it hit? Fadc ultra or whatever. If blocked, no harm no foul, he gets a bit of white chip for free. Block 3 of these in close succession and your white meter is pumpin.
