That is the set up for no rise. The light vanity is basically an auto manual for anyone that doesn’t QR since the time it takes to cancel sweep into vanity then do hail then do the VT2 dash/neutral jump works prefect for people that don’t get up.
I usually pray they don’t quick rise since it’s the easiest of her set ups.

I think it’s things like that that reaction that cause the silly teching into zip stuff.
You gotta make the call on what is happening pretty fast to avoid eating it. That and… you usually want to tech knockdowns most of the time in this game.
Edit: I realized I am using the word “tech” instead of “quickrise”. My anime is showing.

I am one of those guys that won’t play a character I don’t like playing… even if it’s to my detriment.
I have never liked playing Cammy.

All that means is that we know two of 4.5’s bottom tier characters.
Right there with you on both counts. For as good as she has been the whole of SFV’s lifespan I couldn’t play Cammy for any length of time. Char would put me to sleep.
In general I’ve had a hard time finding someone I really like playing in this game. Part of it is me figuring shit out, I think part of it is also the way its built. Give or take a Kanji I usually have decent luck with my first pick or two (in terms of enjoyment, I don’t have great luck on the tier list usually heh).
I tend to play a lot of mid/low tier characters. Top tier characters usually bore me eventually (no always).
And I like like the low tier OS.
In P4A I played (tried to play), labrys and holy shit she was bad.

Well Labrys was a Snowball character, that couldn’t Snowball.
She was supposed to be able to go Unga the moment she reached you.
Welp, but since that usualy never happend, she was kinda stuck at fishing with Chain Knuckles.

Pretty much.
On top of that, the more the game got broken, the more characters could match her “snowball” without all the drawbacks.
Fuck that game.
Fun fact: when debating moving off of Kanji the only other char I was interested in was Labrys. Great QoL choice that would have been.
Well Kanji at least is dumb.
I mean his DP alone is memeworthy.
