I don’t think anyone would say Cammy is Bottom of the barrel unless it was true. That’s a hard statement to put out.
I guess that works out since you won’t have to worry about being the bottom of your own barrelness.
You become the barrel.

Theres no chance Cammy is lower than mid tier at the very worst imo.
The Japanese may be right about Birdie though. He shits out damage with VT2 and for 2 bars to boot.

Cammy is only bottom of the barrel if your playing falke.
From a kage perspective ryu is top tier and Karin is " breaks the game" tier.
I always make sure I STICK Cammy players into the bottom of the barrel. Except for @Doctrine_dark he’s cool.

They are wrong only because Akuma is still top 1. Birdie is top 2 tops.
Nerf Akuma some more through Gief buffs and Birdie will reign supreme!

Birdie is under powered and balanced. Just hold up or stay in his face lol.
I love birdie’s vt2. I never touched it in s3 but i play it regardless of the matchup now.
For one it feels good inflicting nearly 400 dmg because of a easily telegraphed jump in. It takes zero effort for me to press r1 and r2 button and shooting you out of the sky.
Also i get oki with the low chain after bullhorn, no need to zonk a button when i got vt2. Or just randomly throwing out a chain which catches you walking back. The combos you get from random ex bullhorn is cherry on top.
I think they’ll nerf the meter consumption. It will probably remain 2 bars. Otherwise vt1 will just eclipse it.

Is sako playing kage again? last i checked him on cfn (a few weeks ago) he seemed to have completely dropped him. Snake eyez barely also seems to play online. Pr balrog the only pro remaining just doesnt rate the character and nor the game apparently.
Vid was just uploaded two days ago although it could have been from a while back. It’s definitely from 4.010 though.

Sako is experimental and messes with characters so it’s hard to say how long he plans to mess or stick with Kage. He messes around with a lot of characters online.
I looked up top 3 Kages in ranked and looks like Hsien Chang, Snake Eyez and Teru (JPN UGM Akuma) are most committed to playing him online ATM. Hsien loves messing with labby/new stuff so Kage is right up his alley.
