MvC2 Gief also has a option select grab with his half circle back jab grab, just negative edge the jab and you wont whiff anything.

I literally just got out of lounge. Side note, it isn’t his best V-Triger but damn it feels good to SPD someone during VT2.

I agree although slightly disagree Rashid and Ibuki are far too strong. I think that’s about a perfect power level for TT.
Just dust up some triggers and maybe some movement options and we can probably have one of the better balanced games we’ve had.
Movement options?
Walk speed, forward and back dash buffs etc. I always find movement options one of the better buffs to dish out.
Equally slightly nerfing some can help too , like 15 frame dashes etc.

As for me, Juri definitely ain’t it but Falke feels like something might be there. It’s nice having fast anti-airs and pokes that lead to bigger damage. And she doesn’t get steamrolled as bad if someone gets in on her.
…I suppose Ed/Falke would be the most obvious pairing anyway, but gotta dedicate far more time to Ed first.
I think I might be able to vocalize my walkspeed complaint a little better, and I think it comes down to SFV buttons being kinda schlubby.
Almost all of Kolin’s buttons hit at basically the same spot, so i would really like to be able to move more to do things with them (at least it feels that way). O Zeku can actually do things at more than one range, so it doesn’t bother me as much.

Nah that makes sense. I wanted to play Zeku for similar reasons, on top of having a Young form if I wanted walkspeed.
But I don’t like his Young form at all outside of said walkspeed and playing only half a character feels like a very bad idea
