Kolin loses to Guile and I would say Akuma too. Her main (and probably only) weakness is to good plasma. Like I would say she also loses to Nash and probably Sagat, but those characters aren’t very good outside of their fireballs so you wouldn’t see them much in a tournament most likely.

I’d put Guile at 3.5 - 6.5, Akuma at 6-4, and the last two at 4.5-5.5.

So with PS5 to come out next year with SF6 to follow. We would be lucky if we got one more char to balance out the select screen.
