The plus frames on block and damage on hit always seemed worth picking VT2 for me as well.
Yeah its the safer trigger for him but any trigger that you can just v reversal the vtc for sucks in general. Its a shitty trigger overall in utility to most of the better ones

Chun is just too damn honest and Kolin is basically a counter footsies character. She can footsie well while stopping other good footsies. Not a character Chun wants to fight at all and MOV had a lot of chokes. Surprised he didn’t just low block after that last oki situation. Really rough looking from him.

Especially in the hands of a guy who was doing work with honest tick you to death with low damage mix ups SFIV Blanka. Now Blanka actually hurts and has free frame advantage rainbow ball and cheap 3 bar trigger. Put that in his hands or Wolfgang’s hands and only good things can happen.
