Why not, make the honest charater stronk.
There has to be someone to keep the Cast in check and remind them what good buttons really means.
When do they add Lambda to SF, so I can play the game again?

Juli gonna give Cammy her overhead as xmas/arcade cab edition present
Air fireball and side switch command grab also
Ah yes, I remember Juni having an Overhead, Air Arrows, a Teleport and a SPD on top of Cammy Buttons and Speed.
Whoever had this idea, please I want more of this.
Juli on the other hand had just a different Arrow and the overhead… kind of an disappointment.
Exactly my point, atm Zeku is still an half- assed character and we have to see if he’s going to get what he needs next year. In general I don’t like the fact that some characters look like the sorry ass versions of their previous installments, that’s bad. Sagat and Sakura gets adapted/rebalanced going worse to fit in SFV, nothing good comes from a start like that.
Yay, Cammy currently has the 2nd worst win ratio, just ahead of Sakura.
S4 Cammy buffs are a sure thing.
Samsho >>>> MK11
It’s like that since forever, but the witch hunt against Cammy was big this year, so probably she will not be the same in Season 4.
Another long server maintenance tomorrow, likely for the ADs stuff and the free to play week.
I’m hoping Vega gets two roses for VT1. That some frame adjustments for his buttons should be sufficient. Ideally his VS gets buffed to move forward, maybe at the cost of a range nerf. A side switch VR and invincible CA would be nice but I’m not greedy.
For Chun I’m not sure what she needs. I’d say better frame data for Kikoken and and Kikosho down to 2 bars I guess? Anything else feels unrealistic.
For Sak I’m not sure either since she seems fine to me. Maybe better oki or something. What I really want for her is Akuma nerfs lol.
Edit: For Sak it would be nice if she could still use normal tatsus during VT2.
All I need for Chun is an increased throw range for tick throws and for EX SBK to have the same charge time as regular SBK. This opens up her pressure game a lot, which she sorely needs to contend in SFV with any consistency.
Her st. HP is basically good enough that you can mix it up with kikoken for zoning and white chip the opponent.
-Kikosho as a two bar would be nice, would probably reduce the amount of times you can use it though. I don’t think it’s that great as a 3 bar regardless, so two bar would at least make me consider using it.
-Also reverting CC F+HK to be +4 after a dash would be nice. Not necessary, but it didn’t make sense to me to take that away right after giving it as a buff and increasing its recovery.
Chun li over all is fine she’s just a victim of the meta and depending on what the top and high tiers are. If the meta ever shifts to a more neutral base game she’ll be a problem even with no changes at all.
Sakura needs love in a couple spots, but that goes for saying with most of season 3 dlc
Chun usually works where she’s either too good or gets toned down to a point where she won’t win anything but still decent.
All of SF4 and post S2 plus Chun is the same thing. Good enough to work but never gonna win big event with her because too based around honesty that other characters get better reward for. People hate Chun with OD buttons and pressure but that’s what she needs to be a tournament winning character. She’s never going to get command dashes or guile booms so that’s the only other way she avoids being just an OK character.
Problem with delayed meaty is that your window for the delay is actually way smaller than you think if you wanna cover the tech
you can throw out delay tech like 1/2f after wakeup to delay OS, so you as the attacker depending on meaty speed only have like a 3f window to properly delay it and cover the delayed throw. That window gets even smaller to like 1/2f window if you use a something between 4f-6f.
It’s fucking hard tbh, I rarely go for it because you just end up eating backthrow.
I thought Chun used to get more from f.hk CC. I couldn’t remember since it’s been so long.
What I want is… whatever.
One lazy buff I’d give Chun is move her health up to 1000 (stun can stay considering how good her neutral is). There’s absolutely no reason for her to be in the same health group as Rashid who’s just a better character in every possible way.
You won’t eat back throw if youre not breathing down their neck. Unless your playing bison or some shit.
This is also why I can’t really go for it in some matchups as ken. It depends on what the startup on their reversal is, anything slower than 4-5 frames means it’s just not doable. This also means that I can’t really go for a heavy tatsu ender if I want to shimmy on wakeup, since I’m so damn close I can’t walk out of delay tech throw range in time
Sim? Karin? Fang? More than health I would give to these <1000 health characters a reason to have under average health. Chun health wouldn’t be an issue if she were on same level of Ratshit, Ibuki or Akuma to name a few. Let’s wait and see, they’ve already decided everything anyway.
Health buff is lazy and doesn’t work. All it does for a neutral character like Chun is make her body the characters she wins against more easily and spend longer losing in bad matchups vs Akuma, Guile, Menat etc.
Like Alex got buffed up to 1025 but even if he got buffed up to 1075, it’s still Alex and doesn’t really fix his problems or problem matchups. Once you’re in the corner it really doesn’t matter what health you have especially considering one hit stun setups that reset scaling.
Doesn’t really make sense that Abi has 25 more health than Gief, but buffing Gief to 1100 just really admits defeat that they have no idea what to do with him. Especially when you consider the health soak he takes from white health flexing. Same thing where he will crush the people he beats more but then Menat and Guile will just have to press b+HP or s.HP 2 or 3 more times to beat him.
