WTF does that have to do with Chris T complaining about the start time when he’s playing in his own timezone.
I did suffer from depression for many years. But the melatonin, when used very very conservatively helped me sleep and keep the anxiety from waking me up. It was better for sleep than actual sleeping meds or benzos.
