CPT is ultimately a promotional tour. We had a similar situation in M:TG involving something worse. Person was banned even though heād already served jail time and spent time more or less atoning for what he did.

Every time I saw him, I knew he was into some creepy fetish. Too bad it turned out to be sadism/domination.
We made this account early this year and have prepared to expose Infiltration on NA community for long time. We understand majority of Infiltration fans wonāt believe no matter what we provide with this account but we have to be really careful not to leak any information about people helping us to gather proofs in Korea. Some of them are still active members of Korean FGC and interact with players and Twitch staffs in Korea daily. Most important the victim is not part of us. She still has ongoing lawsuit against Infiltration and canāt speak about it at all until everything is over.
So this is from the account that started it all. Taken in, this whole situation is either true or the most well planned out slander to hit the scene.
The pertaining circumstances center around a bunch of Korean laws on defamation. So you canāt just outright expose people in a number of ways (ALLEGEDLY). We need Panda Global to finish up that investigation with the quickness because one reddit account acting as a leaker is going to be the shit show of shit shows.

panda global might drop him, no matter the outcome of the lawsuit but i doubt and dont think he should be banned from tournaments. when he breaks a law in his country it should punish himā¦not capcom.
I dont understand your angle here. Capcom wouldnt ban Infil to punish him for his actions, they would ban him because having him be prominent on the tour would be bad PR, and that decision would be 100% justified and the same one I and any other reasonable businessperson would make, Iām sure.
