It lets you know the Menat player is either a) fucking with you, or b) too lazy to learn a VT1 combo. And most people who are in the ‘b’ category don’t stick with her I think.
I saw Infiltration use VT2 in a pools match at EVO. He never really used it and just sort of poked the guy to death (see ‘a’).
He also used it in the mirror match against Sako if I remember correctly.
Didn’t go so well.
Infiltration showed off most of what you can do with it. It’s actually not bad, just not as good as VT1.

Test severs and a better way to give feedback ( that’s actually taken into account ) is needed.
They may have a esports scene going on but leaving the game’s characters overtuned or undertuned for one year plus is not cutting it or me.
From a meta standpoint that isn’t a bad place to be and a couple of characters are there. Better to have one good and one great in case the Capcops drop the hammer on your primary VT, then at least you have a back up.
There’s no saving any of the SFV characters, you’ll see.
