Gun issue in US is way more complicated than people think.
No it wouldnt. If you want to make the US safer you’d legalize most street drugs and switch from encarceration to rehabilitation, then you’d go about improving the economic situation in high poverty areas and you’d then work on dealing with mental health issues.
By and large the biggest cause of gun use in the US is gang violence. Legalizing drugs cuts their income. People investing in those areas give them jobs to have a decent start afterwards with, rehabilitating instead of incarcerating users reduces drug use. Tackling the mental health end of it would reduce suicides and spot potential issues.
You seriously dont understand the actual issues of whats going on. You’re blaming guns for a bunch of different failures accross different facets.

Just finished a long ass online session, I got Bisons with Turbo enabled and 3 ragequitters. First thing Capcom need to fix is the commitment of some normals/moves, robbery stuff to all the cast or nothing at all, I can’t really react 100% to all the EX moves plus on block with this lag online and offline, too stressful.

Speaking about the lag. I used to think about a couple of extra frames as nothing significant until I started to check my own reaction time. Even being late by a frame feels different and when i’m late by 2-3 frames i know i fucked up before i pressed the button. I have no idea how PS people can deal with random extra 3 frames of lag and stay sane.
A for PC players as myself 4 frames of lag reported earlier seems pretty accurate to me. In a match i CH Bisons dash-up buttoons 99% of the time and rarely intercept the actual dash. The math says that with my 13-15f reaction i should c.lp him on 22nd frame of dash. I never react instantly so no intercepts for me. But i’m never that late to trade or be CH myself.
I feels like that knowledge reduced frequency of “I’ve fucking blocked/teched that!” moments because i stopped blaming the lag. Anything faster then 19f i’m not supposed to be able to react to so i dont get mad when i’m hit. Well, i do get mad, but for different reasons.
I find the only way to play online Bison with a character that has mediocre Oki is to simply just wait to counter. It’s like being at the casino where you are betting $50 to win $10. There’s just not the odds to start taking him on.
I find this way is effective because most Bison players are used to just having it their own way. If I can get 4 anti airs in ( let’s face it , not unlikely) that’s half his life bar.
Took Falke to ranked today. Only got 3 ranked matches, lost all of them 1-2… At least I am still gold.
All the others were casual ones.
And I am coming to realize that Falke’s j HP is a pretty bad button. I am losing all air to air skirmishes when I use it.
And a lot of time it looks like it should connect against the opponent, it whiffs.
Got to break that habit fast. Going to do more ranked tomorrow. Try to gain points this time around.
I had a vision Necalli will get more buffs in season 4 and nobody will even begin to consider using him still for all the same bizarre reasons nobody plays him now.
Falke’s jHP has a very slow startup, it’s never going to win in air-to-air situations. Use jMP’s amazing range, light jumping normals or even better her air throw if you’re having problems in the air.
Yeah he holds HP. Which is why he doesn’t use s.HP or f+HP that often. Which isn’t terrible in some ways since it keeps him to using less risky buttons. I like those buttons too much so I hold on to MP. You can always just let go of the charge if you need to jump and use j.MP.
Some people like to have the best of both worlds and hold 2 punch buttons down. Heard of some people who like to hold MP+HP down constantly and just negative edge out whichever punch button they want to use while keeping their charge (similar to what you can do with Cody, just without an EX zonk).
Before I dropped the game a year ago I played only Necalli. Since I’ve started playing the game again I’ve used him in a few battle lounge sets… My personal opinion is while his appearance is cool and he is a really sound character, he is very boring to play for extended periods. He has great buttons and an easy enough gameplan to execute in SFV’s system as he can absolutely maul you, but I personally start to get bored playing him after a few games.
Hey, if your gameplan it’s neither “throw the horizontal projectile, AA the incoming jump in” nor “hold back, do charge safe special, rinse and repeat” then you’re already above average in terms of fun.
Why do people keep saying Necalli doesn’t get nerfed? This the one character that has gotten both the DP nerfs and the command grab nerfs without even receiving the DP compensatory buffs like the rest of the DP characters cuz fuck him. He went from having throw loops midscreen to having them nowhere and pressure tools like MK or the overhead neutered.
I like the guy and routinely come back to playing him. He has very good balance in having tools to not be a chump against zoning without those being braindead and once he’s close he can keep people guessing but big problem is him having a fighting range similar to Akuma and therefore being turned into a strictly worse character than him: shorter pressure strings, lower damage conversion, less unga bunga V-trigger, no dishonest jump ins… at competitive levels you’re doing yourself a disservice if you pick him instead of Akuma, and given the edgelord shoto bias that’s likely to stay for season 4.
