Don’t worry, even tokido couldn’t deal with that move.
EX DR is basically Bison’s neutral DP. He doesn’t have walk speed or a real DP and relies on holding onto his v gauge to get his trigger shit going, so its like his way to reset neutral with a character that would have a hard time doing it otherwise. Nash is basically a lesser version of that where his VT1 teleport is essentially his reversal to place himself back into neutral or start an attack despite having no nuanced ground movement, 3 frame or EX DP.
Sometimes EX DR is just about dealing with it and even if you deal with it you still gotta deal with EX stomp to skull crusher stuff later on if he wants to mix it up with that. You saw Tokido at Evo, even he sometimes just had to bare it. It’s made to be a powerful neutral resetting move that only a few characters have legit true answers for.
I imagine Kolin and Abigail players don’t mind fighting Bipson as they have dangerous parry/counter moves that can meterlessly shut down EX DR abuse.

Pretty much. You know a move is too good when the people that main the character can’t really give you any grand advice for dealing with it. I personally think the best thing to know is to just know a move that can get behind the hit box, but even that is no guarantee.

Yeah realistically you’re looking at hard reads at best to deal with which way he’s moving with it. Abigail and Gief would be 2 of the strongest real examples that I know then. Both of those characters actually do a good job slowing down his air approach. Of course we’re too weeb to play those slow, burly characters that slow Bipson down.

Of course I tried to search up Gief vs Bison and the first thing that comes up is from S2 LOL. No wonder Bison ran S3. They blew up one of the only guys that could slow him down.

Chris G using VT1 Sak. Figured he was gonna bust her out.
Skarlet has a skimpy outfit but it looks cooler than the old one.
