When you know someone is going to wake up DP and all you had to do was block and win…and you still get hit.
That is one of the most nagging feelings when it comes to this game

Lately I been having a similar issue. Specifically with blocking low. Like I think it was yesterday when I got knocked down, i held downback on wake-up without hitting a button, then when he tried to press me I just got hit and comboed. No idea what happened and it cost me the match. I get the same thing with shit like Laura OH where its absurdly slow and telegraphed yet I still get hit after holding back on the pad. There is also the numerous when I see a forward dash and block low in anticipation, then get taken for a ride anyway when i still get clipped by a low.

My favorite dumb shit thing is when someone is running terrible neutral jump oki on me, and for some reason I wake up trying to tech a throw, even though the other person is clearly at the peak of their jump.

That shit bodies me lol. And it usually leads to a stun because I’m already in a shitty predicament.
I have to actually tell myself to not tech or the auto-pilot reaction in me just does it.

G being the backstory to Q, where one is full of life and good vibes, and the other is completely lifeless like a mannequin, was really a stroke of genius. The story was interesting in SF3 when Q was just really cool and completely in mystery, now it turns out he was a complete goof-ball, but still kind of mysterious. I just wonder now who destroyed G so tragically, Shadaloo or SIN or Illuminati, assuming they’re the same character anyways.
He didn’t win the presidential election and it destroyed his morale.

Yeah, people in general will promote Khaladentar’s mods without ever mentioning that you have to pay for most of them, particularly the ones that you do see getting promoted.
I’m not a fan of the paid mod scene. I’ve never bought one, but I’ve heard the prices get pretty high. I think it sends the wrong messages to both the community and to the publishers themselves.
So either Bonchan is beyond incredible at this MU, or the Rog is bad vs Gat. Cause this MU is maaaad hard for Gat.
Theory: the “3-5” through “5 only” network settings are all the same thing. If you set the requirements to “ask” and “5 only” you still get 3 and 4 bar connections. This is also why the requirements also reset to “3-5” whenever you boot up the game.

Bonchan did here what I was talking about where you try to move yourself forward past that the EX DR with walk/normal/special
The hit box always stays on one side so despite it being controllable, if you can get over to that other side before he can move over it’s a punish or at minimum you get frame advantage to press. Not a fool proof thing, but an option. The key is you have to make a move of some type once he does the flip in the air cuz that’s EX DR time.

Probably partly inspired from how Talk that Canadian guy used to make em really fast. Gifs .com allows you to make them pretty quick any way.
There was one time where I legit ran under and slid with Young Zeku to avoid a devil’s reverse. Bison did his flip and moved half way across the screen to hit me.
This game sucks.

If a character with a slide could get away from ex Dr for free then it wouldn’t really be an effective move.
