Actually he’s holding down and then pressing up and two buttons but it was close.
There’s no excuse, stop losing to the Evo Champion named EX.DR You had 4 seasons with your main to figure out 100,000 ways to punish or evade EX DR. Quite frankly, I’m glad M. Bison is broken. I was literally the only one talking about M. Bison’s bullshit in Season 1. I said hey play Zeniside’s M. Bison he’s pretty gud with the bullshit. No responses. CHECK THE RECEIPTS. What did you goobers do? Complain about R. Mika. MMM HMMM I REMEMBER. Now you have to deal with the enhanced and buffed M. Bison army.
Buff Bison again.
PS: Alex is broken
What are two things you would change/add to Sagat right now that would make him a top 5 contender in SFV?
Give him flight mode and mouth lasers.
Turning him to Sigma huh
tbf with how they made Strider canon in SF, Sagat might as well be a relative to Sigma somehow
Make VT1 give at least one more fireball, increase damage, and make the fireballs chipkill.
Turn him into a likeable character.
Oh wait people like angry loosers who can’t say GG, after being beaten.
This word will always my favor
@Beekmeer So you had a lot of stuff wrong but it was mostly in the form of some bad habits and not pressing the advantage. There’s a lot of times where you’ll get an anti air and immediately throw a fireball. This was getting you jumped on for free for a lot of the sets. Happened against the laggy ryu too. When you’re in a range where you could get jumped on, be a little bit more weary of the fact. You did get me a couple of times with the charged fireball/DP trap, but in the closer distances air normals were raining on your head.
In the footsies range area, you were doing a pretty good job of moving back and forth. The main issue is that you were rubberbanding your movement. You’d walk away really far and then walk back in. You want to be a little bit more controlled with Sakura because she can legitimatley walk back out of a normal then step back in and whiff punish it with standling LK. It feels scary to be that close, but the fact that she can blow people up with st.lk makes you a lot scarier than most of the cast. Not only is that good as a whiff punish, but walk back cr.mp will catch normals too. In general you’re doing a good job of staying rounded, you just have to work on your optimal ranges. Don’t walk back so much that suddenly all of your normals are dead.
You might also want to spend some time working on punishes. You had the lk xx dp ready a bunch of times but shyed away from doing it against a blocked LK koku. Gotta remember that if you don’t punish it, then it means that your opponent will keep getting silly with it. I’ll try and catch our replays and point some more stuff out.
GGs again.
This is our future now!
If someone could photoshop M. Bison leading the pack, that would be great
That never gets old
Thanks for the tips. During the sets I noticed that throwing a fireball after the anti air wasn’t working, but it was one of those cases where my hands were moving before my brain could tell them otherwise, so I ate a few more jump ins before I was able to stop doing it.
I did try to punish those LK kokus a few times, but I definitely need to work on being ready to punish faster with LK into dp. I think I was able to punish exactly one koku toward the end of our sets.
I hadn’t noticed the rubberbanding, so I’ll be sure to pay attention to that more as well.
GGs
Every time I decide to play Ranked I feel stupid to even trying. I feel like people real goal is don’t lose instead of win and I found myself chasing down muhfuckers because I want to play. Dunno if reaching at least Diamond worth something at this point, probably even at the next level shit is going like this.
Ain’t impressed by nobody, but playing Ranked is more a challenge with my patience, even after a win I feel gassed out.
Every Bison:
“I’m plus”
“I’m plus”
“Hey guess what breh”
- “Whut?”
“IM PLUS”
“Oh shit, I got knocked down, he has the corner, this is bad, how am I gonna
(EX DR) HHAHAHA, SIKE NGA U THOUGHT!”
(This matchup brought to you by the insane character discrepancy between applying pressure and the ability to get out of pressure)
