I’ll never understand why people care which country the winner is from. I’d rather just see good sportsmanship win with an unorthodox character like this year, no matter if they’re from Asia, Europe, the US or the moon.

f+HK seems pretty similar to IV and allows kara uppercuts. He can also kara tiger shot but I cant remember if you kara that off of fHK or fLK
