There seems to be something cultural about FGC that allows the transition to be easier and more comfortable for people in that situation. I’d have to unload 10 years worth of mental notes and observations to try and sort what it is.
Think I settled on something about needing confidence in your gameplay and some self expression stuff that kind of opens the door for that.

It’s a good thing if a group of person like the FGC let’s this happening without going mad or whatever. I was confused at first because of the different name and resemblance, but after the clarification it’s all ok for me.
Watching that Rose replay from SFIV I’m convinced Menat pulled some Dark Magic BS to learn her V-Trigger. Soul Satellite looks like a total joke if you’re used to seeing Menat’s orbs.

Soul Satellite was much stronger in Super. Legit safe wake up ultra back then. It got nerfed into pure honesty by Ultra, but still useful.
Menat’s orbs are way more fun and interesting. Controllable orbs really lets you make the satellite your own thing but requires more manual work to get people off of you with it than set and forget satellite.

Soul Satellite was broken in Super. I think it got nerfed in AE. She could activate and block on frame 1. It was a brain dead momentum stopper. She could wake up with your stretched out arm going through her body and she could block it or use that as a confirm into EX spiral if it was a medium or heavy attack.

BigBird Zeku is nothing special, he didn’t optimized the Ninja. Then Birdie is tough for Zeku.
