Tbh I can’t play a character I don’t like for long. Been lucky to like characters that aren’t low tier.
From Tekken, sfiv, gg, blazb, injustice and mk I’ve been fortunate to play mid tier or better with characters I like.

I’m 100% sure you can play SFV online pretty well with anything under 300kb down and up. The problem is when you can’t maintain that speed and the game starts saving rollback to it’s memory card like that youtube video said.
Give us region lock and that’s it. Nothing is will save us non Japanese Wizardry countries since it’s bigger than Capcom’s netcode.
