I think Oro is long overdue.
We have no Drunken Fist rep, so Lee needs his chance.
And Retsu is the OG Makoto.
Don’t get me wrong, I like Gouken a lot, but I’d like to see some of these old IPs given a 2019 treatment.

Anybody saved the Frost match?

ZEKU is everything of my wishlist of season 2 era it’s like the amalgam of everything exactly i wanted.
Yet I want also a old woman master or 30s women other than Rose and Viper. They are very rare in SF. It’s like they are the endangered character archetype in the SF universe.

Gouken would look and play fantastic in SFV system.
I just hope they don’t make him weak from the jump.

Dont buff Juri. She’s got great buttons and is annoying to play against.
Here are my concerns for Gouken. A lot of the cast has his stuff or very similar…
Akuma has his heavy tatsu.
Ryu has his st lk
Urien has his fireball, same for Sakura
Kolin kinda has his parry
Young Zeku has his light palm
And prolly a few that I missed.I fear that Gouken would change a lot,but I still want him.

I warned people about Rashid, Bison, FANG, and G.
Do not buff Juri, you dont really want to play against that character if it had tools on the level of the top tiers.

For Juri just make her VT2 useful and give her stores at the start of the round. For Sakura crmk same length as stlk, HK recovery down by 3 frames, full charge fireball does 3 hits instead of 2, ex fireball +2 on block and lk tatsu 3 active frames.

Juri needs more damage off her stores or/and a better way to gain them without sacrificing pressure.
Juri is a resource management character that is not rewarded for her stores.

I’m all for a Gouken that has developed his Mu now to the point that his style is almost completely unrecognizably unique and unlike any other shoto.

- Find people online who suffer from similar problems and see how they overcame them. You’re not unique in this way.
