SFV Lounge: I'm still alive. Sakura's alt is kinda cute

Then suddenly, Doppio boy indefense lol

Nice to see Brave Wave Productions involved in the Streets of Rage 4 soundtrack. I’ve picked up a few soundtracks they’ve put out for older games and they’ve been really good. Really happy to see Keiji Yamagishi involved as well, since I’m a big fan of the NES Ninja Gaiden soundtracks.

Regardless if what XKira dude is saying is true or not i overall dislike how he treats his sheep followers.

A lot of vague messages , hints, i will reveal soon and so much bullshit. He is obviously an attention seeker and a lot of fools are buying into his bullshit.I am surprised Eventhubs covered his articles so damn often.

I used to data mine content for World of Warcraft. It is not difficult,or at least how Blizz had the files encrypted. It’s just tedious as hell and takes some time, that’s all there is too it.

This guy managed to data mine content already in the game’s files such as upcoming costumes and such. What characters and mechanics remain to be added he has no clue and he is straight out lying his ass off imo. He can’t data mine data he lacks…

Unless he has direct contact to someone working at Capcom he ain’t leaking shit, just guessing and hoping that’s what Capcom is going for …

Even if you know a guy.

They aren’t exactly chomping at the bit to leak stuff most of the time.

Trust me.

True, plus, in many ocassions, whatever they tell you can end being not true due to changes in developement.

Actually they are usually pretty up front about it. Things changing I mean.

I have two friends in game development. One is working on the Vampire Masquerade 2 game. I knew about this for a while because he accidentally said something out of excitement, but outside of that I really don’t know much more than anyone else.

Another friend works at blizzard… and I know fuck all about what they are doing. Only that as a company, blizzard is very “top down” so most peons don’t really get a lot of vision/control over what they are doing even if they did want to leak.

I know.

But just in case he does.I want to know more about Bloodlines 2 :stuck_out_tongue:

All I got is that they were a little shook by the E3 response.

To be honest, the impression I get is that people are expecting a level of polish that isn’t going to be there. It’s an RPG first, and other things second. He likes to say expect Modern Deus Ex… with vampires, and a smaller budget.

There are few other things along those line lines that I’m going to keep to myself out of respect.

I occasionally hear about other games, as people in the industry talk to each other, but that info always has a giant asterisk.

The fist Bloodlines was not played for it’s ground breaking gameplay, actually that was it’s worst part.

The attraction was the dark theme, the great story and great written characters, not to mention choices in the game that actually mattered.

What felt a bit off for me in the E3 presentation were the animations, but its still alpha gameplay so no biggy.I feel like fans of the series will appreciate the fact that we even got another game after all this time, while newcomers may be more critical about it’s potential lack of polish.

What i fear most for them is the fact that they are setting up it’s release to be similar to Cyberpunk 2077, Q1 2020. That’s a big risk for them to take and a potential big loss in sales,as that’s one of the most anticipated games of 2020 if not the most anticipated.

Don’t expect the animations to change too much.

Small team, small budget. They are putting their effort in other areas.

They are also worried about cyberpunk as they didn’t know that release date when they picked theirs.

He also noted that E3 is brutal on demos, especially since they started letting the general public in. The kiosks get all kinds of fucked up, and the in game settings get jacked around to hell. So often times an E3 gameplay hand-on at a kiosk can accidentally show the game at its worst, from a gameplay perspective anyways.

I also learned that his company ported A Hat In Time, which I will start as soon as finish VC4 (on final mission).

Caught up.

I can tell the thread is in shambles because people are not only talking about X-Kira, but also about one of his sheep.

It’ll be over soon friends. Only 18 days left. Stay strong.
