If you get SSFV announcement = I pick any AV of your choice for a week.
If you get more than 2 characters this season = I pick any AV of your choice for a month.
If I get SF6 (Or whatever next main entry) = I get to pick your AV for a week.
If they put Decapre or Violent Ken in SFV = I get to pick your AV for a month.

I can’t agree to this because I don’t know if we are getting more than 2 characters this year. I also don’t care much tbf. The big announcement that is coming is SSF5 and that’s where my money is.
But I agree to your terms regarding SF6 and getting a new clone character.

It’s hard to bet here, but seeing SFV getting a lot of test of being free lately is likely for expansion or SF6.
It’s already unlikely for Decapre because of the negativity that surrounds her previously. If that happends people would say Capcom is trolling them badly.

SFV being free recently is a poor attempt to draw potential player with a bad product away from better products.
Capcom took a note from Blizzard there.
Violent Ken is also unlikely. Will get Dark Uber Sakura instead lol for instant weeboo and loli purchase haha

That’s not gonna happen. Unless they make SF6 a dream match title with selectable grooves and 3v3 teams like CvS2.
Which is about what would have to happen for me to buy it. Don’t think I actually buy a PS5 and keep playing newest games anymore after this gen.
