Eh, I don’t know. I still think the character reveals/announcement (post-launch, of course) are gonna be highly randomized and won’t follow a specific pattern. I also don’t believe they’re gonna do batch releases of several characters at once, I’d rather have them do it individually, to keep the hype, the tension and the thrill of possible next new character for the game. And I also wouldn’t want SF5 to end up with 40 characters again like SF4, so doing the releases of 4-5 characters per year for the next 4 years or so would add up the roster to about 30-35 chars, which IMO the maximum for a fighting game. Anything higher is just dumb

Bogard never knew something about SF5 except the one thing with V-trigger, he told it on twitter like 1million times.
Not all of them in the video are v-trigger based. First combo that is done in the video is crLK - crLP - sMP without v-trigger. I would hope that her v-trigger ones stay but since lights don’t multihit I expect they’d be gone too.
You guys are still way too quick to assume that the green box = SF2.
Not that I can complain about the siliconera stuff. If I have Karin or Vega (with good normals unlike SF4) to choose between, I’ll be happy.
He only ever said he knew the names of 3 characters in the game. I’m pretty sure the Mika stuff was just his own opinion. Leakers are allowed to have opinions too.
My only guess is if Sakura is in, then Capcom couldn’t get the rights for Karin… again.

But you have to agree she isn’t a clone though. I love Sakura but she needs to be Dlc. Make room for someone else.

Nah this is just a little bit too much imo. It could’ve just been a coincidence if anything considering the 2P cursor is on Ken in the character select by default and they just went with it, plus Ken was guaranteed anyway.
I still feel so weird seeing this being repeated over and over when it’s not hard to disprove this… if you play any games that features Karin, there isn’t a single copyright notice of her.
Otherwise if you try to do the same thing with any game that features Strider in it you’ll notice the copyright notices for him in there, I understand the whole “getting the rights” gets thrown around every once in a while, but that argument can only go so far
