This is the reason i want to live in Tacoma when I move back. Is that bad? 
Yeah. Tacoma smells terrible and is a crappy place to live. If you could live somewhere else I would suggest it.
Live somewhere else. Try west Auburn, or Burien. Certain parts of Federal Way are nice too.
Just called. They said that they planned on getting it going tomorrow. It was suggested that I call tomorrow morning to see if it’s already up and running before heading out.
