i just started working on a gouken pic, what a happy coincidence! might as well add ryu and gouki to the pic. i wonder if they want the art to center around chun-li though?
EDIT: i’ve checked out the rules page and i don’t know how to input “5-7/8” inches in photoshop. would i just input 5.78 in the box?

I had no time and I’m moving, so I just took one of my old SF sketches and added a bunch of Photoshop bullshit to it. Submitted it a couple minutes ago. Fingers crossed.
