You can change characters anytime, but the new fighter will begin at the bottom of your current division. Rankings are tied to fighters, not players. Best to start with a fighter you like, since you won’t waste your time going up the rankings just to lose that progress when you change.

Yes, I’ll post Week 15 rankings, divisions, and matches on Monday, Oct 5th. You will then have to contact your two opponents via the PSN to setup a time to play your matches. Its recommended to send them a Friends Request since it makes it a lot easier to play a match if you know they are also online.
Each “week’s” matches usually last 10-11 days, which is enough time for everyone to play their 2 matches. After that time frame, a decision will be made as to who wins, loses, or results in a double forfeit. Usually, one member is clearly trying to play their match while the other is indifferent. Two weeks of forfeits due to inactivity will result in you being dropped from the League. That will happen on Monday for several members this week.
Week 15 will be open on Monday, Oct 5th. It will close on Thursday, Oct 15th.

Sorry, ELTWOPEE. Everyone having 2 fighters gives us an even # of fighters, which gives everyone 2 fights each week. It ensures that no matter how many members we have (an odd or even #), there will always be an even number of fights, meaning we won’t have any open/bye weeks for anyone.
BALROG does take some time to master tho. I like using him but have a long way to play him correctly to be really successful. Try easier characters like RYU or SAGAT, or if you like charge fighters, try BISON or GUILE.
