No need to test. You can do a reversal VC activation to go through Chun’s cross up.
So: VC activations, a few teleports, certain invulnerable special moves, and various supers can escape her cross-up.
I wonder how many are able to place you at safe distance to not get punished.

With the VC1 unblockables I did notice a couple of standing/crouching Jabs, which is bad, since this gives the opponent an opportunity to air-recover, depending on the timing. Later is better…like the Birdie one looks like you probably couldn’t flip after it, but the Karin one looks like you could.
For the record, Chun Li’s unblockable works so well because she goes directly into a special move- if your unblockable goes like crouching Short, crouchicing forward, standing roundhouse, sweep for example, someone could reversal out of it much easier. If you’re airborne, the crouching Forward wouldn’t connect. If the crouching Forward never connects, then it can’t be canceled into a standing roundhouse, so it ends, and you have a neutral state. Likewise, Chun’s Short Tenshou Kyaku has invincibility at startup (the most of the 3 versions, actually), which is why it beat Ryu’s A-ISM AC (it would have traded, but like in the example with her axe kick overhead, the collision box wasn’t there to trade with). So not all of these are as good as CL’s, and I’m not sure if the timing is universal on that one (ie if you AC earlier or later, does it help).
I liked the Juli repeated Earth Direct combo…can’t say I’ve ever seen that one before…and the Juni Mach Slide and pushblock/guard cancel stuff was good too. And the first Karin anti-fireball OTG…walk forward, standing Forward into something or other…nice. And of course the Rose ping-pong!

All of those listed have tech flip windows (6 out of the 18 in the vid).
I beleive you can modify Adon’s, Juni’s, Karin’s, and Rose’s to prevent flipping, using their special moves or simply not doing a jab. Not sure about Chun-Li’s or Sakura’s… I’ll have to give it some thought.
Akuma’s, Ken’s, and Ryu’s also have tech windows, but only on the second repitition (when they do their jab). These can be avoided by using another SK hurricane, as done on the first loop.
