If they handled Story Mode better, I’d be a lot more hype for Gill, but I’m not holding my breath after Arcade Mode. That shit was atrocious.
With the mystery 40th character (pls, not Seth) Season 4 will have 6 characters like every other season, proving that “doing things differently” was really just “doing the same damn thing, but concentrated in fewer releases and comunicated so awfully that people thought this season wasn’t going to have 6 characters like normal”.

Rufus is better than Seth and funny though. 
Well hopefully he gets an overall like a lot of other SFV characters.

The only reason Rufus isn’t the worst character ever to be in an official SF games is because Twelve exists.

Ono already said that after Capcup they’re gonna lock this version of the game (CE) down until the Intel Tournament is over, so you better enjoy Seth until EVO, cause that’s all we’re gonna get
