Since Gill is season 4, then that means X-Kira is probably right about Seth. They always have a 4 male/2 female season split. Lucia and Poison have already filled the female slots. For anyone making Poison jokes shit’s 30 years old. It stopped being funny years ago.

They don’t. Only Specials’ properties are changed.
They do, however support his Anti-Type Gimmick, which means their property changes are not locked behind VT for once.
VS1 is by far the best one for Gill since the text implies they have a lasting effect, giving you more time to land stuff after them.
Also, ice comet looks good for Oki like Kolin’s hailstorm.
Seriously, this char looks straight up good and unique from the jump. As long as his frame data isn’t absolute shit, Gill should be a Top Tier and generally fun to play.

Other than Bison withdrawals, I feel like it has to do with how broken he was. Even when he gets to be playable, he was still busted as fuck since Urien was supposed to be the “Fair Gill”.
Having an overpowered character in a game that axed many other characters is a recipe for disaster. That being said, I think he could be salvageable and has a neat design. Just wish I could have gotten Makoto before him.
