I’ve tried multiple outlets and unplugging all the other consoles. Still happens. There shouldn’t be anything else on the circuit.

Sounds like you’re not into the character then? I had the same issue with Necalli and ended up dropping him because I couldn’t even watch pro’s play the character without being bored as hell.
That’s the thing, even Necalli I can feel impressed by. Idk what the disconnect is with Gill. It’s not like I paid for the character or anything so yeah. I do feel I need a new character because I don’t really take advantage of everything Ed can do. I’m way more of a sloth than I remember.

I did happen on the base PS4 too.
But I will mess with that setting maybe it will do something.
I knew for sure that twisting DP (Demitri’s DP) looked so familiar but I couldn’t remember it.
EDIT: I just noticed he can link the stolen Falke’s standing shot into st.HP, with that and Alex’s stomp hitting mid air I guess that goes into what I was thinking earlier that the stolen moves are better versions of the original ones.

Why does Chun Li get light AA’s into 50/50? Why does heavy legs knock down now and gives her +14 frame advantage?
What’s wrong with either of those things?
Light AA’s are in my opinion bad design. I like strong AA’s but not off lights because there is no commitment and on top of that force you into a mix-up. Capcom got rid of most of them but Chun still has her st. LK which … gotta be honest for a character that can dominate on the ground shouldn’t be able to AA with that button.

Karin has a very strong mid-range in a game where everyone has stubby buttons. Add her damage and stun potential to the equation and you got a very strong character. Also, a lot of people did well with her. There were a ton of Karin players on CapCup.
3.5 Cammy was a result of people drinking the Kool-Aid.
Yes, she was good, but honestly, she only made it to “Top Tier” because literally everyone there in S3 was nerfed.
People just jumped ship from Karin to Cammy after her nerfs and then jumped back to Karin when Cammy got nerfed and Karin had some nerfs undone.
At least that’s how I remember 3.5 went.
