i actually met a person like that at an offline tournament last sunday.
he was like 10-12. he kept bumping into ppl not saying excuse me. and i think he had ADD because when i talked to him his eyes would wonder and he would stare blankly at me when i answered his questions. after i beat him he said “i could have taken you but the batteries in my fightpad were dying”
Well there is no Verizon FIOS available in my area. It seems that Comcast is the only available ISP around here. Which sucks ass because I’m STILL lagging.
Actually, I think the whole area is lagging since it’s due to high utility usage. Comcast blows hardcore. I think if I upgrade, I’ll just have a faster, but still laggy connection since it’s the same server supposedly. :sad:.
