Blanka:
Once he has a decent Revenge meter, beware the forward throw. It spaces him correctly for a ambiguous Ultra cross-up on wake-up.
A good example:

The Dhalsim player makes a teleportation mistake and eats a forward throw. In the same video, starting at 3:00, Blanka has enough Revenge meter, and tries to throw the opponent multiple times. As good as the Sim player was at teching, he only tech’d 90% of those throws and ends up falling into the 50/50 Ultra.
What exactly is the trouble? I presume you know about neutral jumping with FP to stuff headstomp and DR. Presuming you mean when he rushes with his sick pokes, as that’s what most Ryu’s struggle with. I tend to turtlle at those times and just stick out well timed C.MKs,or c.MPs. The c.mp will stuff his scissor kicks, as well as a lot of his pokes, and the c.mk will push him back. I abuse the hell out of jump-in option select tatsus if the Bisons teleport a lot too. That’s risky though, and switching to option select SRK at times is good.
If it’s a specific problem that you have, pleae give more details.
I wonder what East-coast set-ups and shenanigans an accomplished pro is running into. Reacting to scissors-kick FADC’d into a throw on block can be pretty difficult.
Just outside throw range Akuma players usually start doing hk-c.mk-fb thing. At this range Ryu’s crouching mp beats Akumas moves five o. It’s a single move, a single tool and a single solution to Ryu vs Akuma close quarters combat. It don’t get easier than that. It is also a lot safer to do if the other players likes to focus attack.
Are you being a cock again? dude asked a question in the forum, so obviously he wants answers. Are you suggesting that no one here is fit to provide them, or what exactly is your point?
youre a moron. He came to the forum and asked a fucking question dude. And you have to ride his cock cause you suck at 4 and want to pretend youre in with the pros and that no one else can possibly comment… immature little bitch. Dont reply to me ever. Hopefully we’ll meet in person one day.
darthpaul, dude it’s not that serious. Also drop the inferiority complex that you seem to have for no reason, you are trying to do good things for the community but posts like this are just going to have people not wanting to converse with you at all.
Oh and easy on the things you know will get you an infraction, you already got points man and wouldn’t want to see you get booted off again because of something as trivial as this.
what is best option for rushing Guile?
He throw SB, jump over my HDK, when i want to jump over SB he do FK.
ohh and he do often sweep. Its 3 moves, he do this over and over again but i cant beat this…
don’t jump in when he is charging, and you need to find out which type of guile player he is, mostly either turtling or aggressive.
if trutling you can keep your distance slightly far away and do hadouken and mixed it up so that you bait him to do jump in and shoryuken for you)
if he is an aggressive type usually he will do a lp sb then follow it up, depending on the distance you may do a jump in, even though it is not recomended or you can bait him close enough and you can do tatsu or ex tatsu usually this catches them off guard
now, when you mention sweep, i believe you meant that he did a sb then do a cr.hk (spins 2x) there are a few things that you can do and actually it is a free hit for you / combo.
you can outpoke him (but not recommended)
you can do shoryuken / super / ultra after blocking the first hit (if you are confident)
or if you are not confident you can actually do an fa after blocking the first hit and this will always hit (may / may not stun them but you can dash back to safety)
and if you can get him down, you can do cross up and mixs it up after that as guile is weak on cross up
Judging from that explanation it seems that you have totally drown into Guile’s game. You might not believe it but if you play it good you can totally reverse the situation. Ryu vs Guile is almost a mirror match, well it isn’t but it definitely feels like it. You are getting beat by those 3 attacks which means you are doing the wrong decisions. My advice is to just learn the basics of the game Real good. It doesn’t matter who you play against you’ll gain general knowledge. And Ryu vs Guile is just that, general gameplay strategies.
Someone might provide specific strategies for specific situations but you still need to know and do the right decisions. If you are doing HDK and he jumps over and beats you…there is no options anymore and the same applies to if you jump to his FK.
well, one piece of advice I can give against any is on immediate knockdown, do an lk tatsu for an auto crossup. If they were charging they’ll have lost it.
