Average Connection to California is about 2-3 bars, but the player from cali says that he is lagging like crazy, so I dunno what to believe
Hawaii players get some random matches with Japan/Australia players too, I actually had a few 3 bar matches with some JP players back in the day lol, but most of em zero bars.
