Street Fighter IV - Guile’s Skeleton Mod
This is my first mod.

SeedyROM I realized reading first post you don’t know how to change numbers of colors as you wish?
If you know how to extract a skin (you need offzip, dragon unpacker 5.4-stable and infuser) you can do that easily:
Change the name of the modded skin from .emz to .emd and open it under dragon unpacker 5.4-stable (later version isn’t working for me).
Then extract .dds somewhere with HypperRipper.
Now chose the original .emz with the color number of your wish and offzip it into an .emd.
Open it under dragon unpacker (and HypperRipper) and see if the numbers of offset match (sometimes they change).
If they are the same, just infuse the .dds you saved earlier into the .emd of your choice and change it to .emz. Voil.
If they are not the same change the name of the .dds you saved and infuse and change name to .emz. Voil.

For those that would like to try some easy swapping with the method I discribed, that’s actually how I found how it works with my first test-mod (unreleased):
Ken, Ryu and Dan almost share the same skin, then I just had to change the names of Ryu’s outfit (vest and pants) .dds and Dan’s shirt .dds to fit Ken’s .emb (without swapping the head): http://i29.tinypic.com/2ms23df.jpg

can some1 change the ken’ s hair pattern or something(or better yet to put his head with ryu’s body) to make him look more like the 3rd strike ,capcom didn’t make ken as good as it should be i dunno his legs r 2 fat …in sf3 he looks way better.!?

Because you frequently post in the Fei-forum I downloaded the archive from mediafire and saw the letters FLN in the name of the skin-file…
I post in other forums too…
But yea, FLN is a dead giveaway.

What I really don’t get though is how Capcom didn’t see the benefits of community created content ages ago? Has noone learned anything from Little Big Planet?
Release a character editor Capcom. You know it makes sense.
