Yes and no, if you can somehow find the .col.emz files and download them you can make them. The only problem is that you won’t be able to test it out yourself.

I’m thinking of working on a Hard Gay ([media=youtube]9On6RfLDxXs[/media]) skin for Dictator but I want to know if people here approve of it but suggestions are welcomed; does anybody have better ideas for a Dictator theme?

i would love to see him in a Mr.Sinister theme.
