I figured it out. I wasn’t in alpha channels.
Now I’m having another problem, I’m trying to open chara_gul.tex.emz (menu guile), I get the dat file but when I go to hyperrip it errors. Its not the filepath.

I’ve also strated working on version 2 of this mod which involves obj modelling. I’ve added an actual mask and created the elongated sash he usually wears.
I have not idea how to change the specular though. The mask changes colour cahnges depending on the stage lighting. Any help/advice would be appreciated in my thread: http://forums.shoryuken.com/showthread.php?p=7319514#post7319514

Hi guys,
I’m new to editing and creating some Skins for Akuma right now. But I have a little Problem. I would like to make Akuma fight with his first costume type but without a shirt. So I made everything transparent but unfortunately Akuma has a hole in his back. So you can look “through” him 
Now I found out, using the Street Fighter 4 Explorer, that the Body File of his 2nd costume (GKI_02.cos.emz) has no hole. So my question, is it possible to replace the Body file of the first costume type (GKI_01.cos.emz) with the one from the 2nd?

That sub zero is fuckin INSANE, I would by a new PC just for that mod. Make all the ninjas from MK!!! Man, I want this game on PC, I wouldnt care if my shit ran at 9 FPS
I still haven’t bought the alt costumes for the PS3 version and this thread isn’t helping, lol. I’d rather buy these mods instead. 
@ Tundra: Any progress on those wonderfull skins you’re working on? Particularly Charlie.
@ Romeurope: Any chance to get a few more of those Saint Seiya skins? I was thinking Abel would look awesome as Geki and Fei Long as Shiryu (although the hair doesn’t really match). Maybe Vega (Claw) as Shun too.
