anyway yeah the sean looks near perfect. the skin tone is a little darker than in SF3 art but thats ok. the face mod there looks professional

Has anyone tried putting their own faces in yet?
so its Dxt 1 right? and you edited the alpha channel to the shape you want right right? uummm there may be another file to edit in the dat. a file that is pure white but has alpha channel that dictates the shape of the outline.
