im not sure exactly how the sf4 engine works but just getting rid of normal/bump info and blacking out texture in the col file wouldnt really get rid of anything

Has anyone compiled the DDS files of all the characters? This would save alot of time because you wouldn’t have to download multiple programs and go through the process of converting files.

I’m so making a clean chest texture for Vega. I have the one from the ninja outfit but I didn’t save it as a layer… I’ll one for sure. God the snake is ugly…
Karin mod is coming along good. Just working on making her hair really golden looking. Working with making her skin more fair too.
A few ideas:
Guile:
- “Black” (or “really tan”) Guile (remember him from Hyper Fighting?)
Dictator:
- “Army Green” or camo. (“General Bison”)
- Other interesting colors: red, blue with silver plates, black (darker than color 8), white
Cammy:
- Juni/Juli uniform
Some silly ones:

I’m using XP and is there any other way to open the Command Line in the Chara folder? There’s no option for this in XP.
