i don’t think sf4 is a bad game… it’s just not fun to play.
on the other hand, i don’t think mvc2/3s is a good game… however, it’s fun to play.
then there’s cvs2 that’s both a good game and fun to play. 
SF4 reminds me of NG/SI. There’s just something not quite right with the controls to me.
It’s not bad, but I think the next version’ll be better.
